Being only 100 metres from the pristine beaches at Agnes Water, the owners wanted to create a light and breezy house that they could share with family and friends over holidays. The house features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/dining, living room and rumpus room, and a 4-car garage with height for boat storage. The house has been sustainably designed to capture natural light and ocean breezes by incorporating high ceilings, louvre windows and sliding doors that open onto a large external living space. Exterior seamless cedar cladding, hardwood decking, blackbutt floors and raked ceilings create a natural elegance that is at one with nature and captures the seaside breezes and lifestyle.

Well Built Homes lead by Tharren Bowe built our dream home at 13 Jeffery Court Agnes Water. The outcome speaks for itself, leaving us and passers by jaw dropped by its craftsmanship. Tharren treated the build like a giant piece of furniture and it shows. Throughout the process his communication with myself and my wife was calm, forward thinking and considerate. The trust he established with us both was comforting. This was made all the more challenging and crucial as we live in Melbourne. If I could have Tharren build all my projects I wouldn’t hesitate.
