This 3-bedroom townhouse was purchased in dire need of renovating on a small budget. Client wanted to modernize the interior with a semi industrial theme by removing tiles and carpets, and polishing the concrete floor downstairs and the timber floors upstairs. The kitchen was slightly expanded and redesigned to make better use of the limited space available, whilst still incorporating a separate laundry and toilet downstairs. Upstairs the 3 bedrooms were all fitted with new built in robes, and the bathroom was reconfigured to include a luxuriously large shower area with a stone benchtop. The result was an attractive, modern townhouse that was designed to be resilient with future tenants in mind.
